You have two choices for passwords. A random password, which is a combination of letters (upper and lower), numbers and symbols (ex: Wq56!fofZ&5a). The other option is a memorable password that will create a password with randomly selected words, with numbers and symbols separating the words. This is just as secure and perhaps even more secure than a random password as long as you select three or more words.
