Council members being here, as I indicated in the email, I had failed to address this earlier in the year. This is where to talk about staff incentive awards. As I sent out in the agenda, I don't want to rehash a lot of that.
You know that we have a budget of money that is given to us by the legislature. It's 8,254 UPC. It's 1,500, the way they apportion is 1,500 per full-time employee and then the amount for another part-time.
You have the discretion to divide that up however you would like. You've got the information in there of what y'all did last year and how that worked out is you gave me an award and then gave me the authority to divide up after that and you can see how I did that. So do you need any more guidance than that?
I'll just turn down my sound if you guys want to talk and then just wave at me and I'll turn my volume back up or do you think we need to go into natural closed door session for this? I think it's fine if you just keep your volume down. Okay, all right.

I like that as well. Yeah, I agree. So I'm fine with that and let him go from there.
I know that last year it looks like they totaled $7,000 for all of them together and they have up to $82.50 that they can use. But again, I'm totally fine with what they did last year and I did review all of their individual write-ups and they all seemed appropriate as well.
